ROLE: OPERATIONS & INVENTORY EXECUTIVE

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (Work from Studio)

Time: 10 AM – 6 PM

Working Days: Monday – Saturday (6 days a week)

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in jewellery, e-commerce, operations, inventory, retail, or administration.

ABOUT THE COMPANY:

We are a jewellery brand specialising in Everyday Jewellery and Indian Festive Jewellery, with a focus on distinctive designs and limited-run collections.

We are looking for an organised, responsible and detail-oriented Operations & Inventory Executive to manage the backend operations of the brand and ensure that inventory, records and day-to-day administrative processes run smoothly.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

- Maintain accurate inventory records for all jewellery pieces and SKUs.
- Track inward and outward stock and conduct regular physical stock checks.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Follow up on production, pending orders, deliveries, repairs, and replacements.
- Generate customer invoices and shipping detail slips/labels for outgoing orders.
- Coordinate with courier/shipping partners, arrange pickups, and track shipments and deliveries.




- Coordinate with the product and dispatch team to ensure orders are ready for collection.
- Handle customer queries regarding orders, shipping, returns, exchanges, products, and general enquiries.
- Coordinate with the accounts team regarding invoices and financial documentation.
- Maintain purchase records, invoices, vendor details, and other business documentation.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales, inventory, and operational reports.
- Maintain and update digital records using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Assist with general administrative and operational tasks to ensure the day-to-day functioning of the brand runs smoothly.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic computer applications.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail, especially when handling inventory records.
- Positive follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Prior experience in jewellery, e-commerce, operations, inventory, retail, or administration is preferred.
