The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining service levels, implementing robust SOPs, optimizing supply chain efficiency, and building scalable processes to support the company's growth.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Head to lead and optimize our end-to-end business operations across online and offline channels. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, streamline supply chain processes, manage inventory, implement SOPs, and build scalable systems to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end operations, including procurement, inventory, warehousing, dispatch, and order fulfillment.




- Drive inventory planning, demand forecasting, and stock optimization across D2C, marketplaces, retail, and distributor channels.
- Develop and implement SOPs to improve operational efficiency and ensure quality compliance.
- Manage vendor relationships, production planning, and logistics operations.
- Monitor operational KPIs, prepare MIS reports, and drive continuous process improvements.
- Lead and mentor the operations team while fostering accountability and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution across all business channels.

Requirements

- 8–15 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Operations.
- Strong experience in D2C, FMCG, Healthcare, Wellness, Nutraceuticals, or Consumer Products.
- Expertise in inventory management, supply chain optimization, vendor management, and process improvement.
- Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
