We’re Hiring: Operations Head | Pune

Are you an experienced operations leader who thrives on turning strategy into seamless execution? Luxelan - Elegante Living is looking for an Operations Head to drive our end-to-end business operations in the luxury turnkey interior space.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations across Sales, Design, Purchase, Execution, HR, and Marketing.
- Streamline cross-functional workflows from initial sales to final project handover.
- Implement robust SOPs, SLAs, KPIs, and tracking systems to ensure accountability.
- Optimize costs, resolve operational bottlenecks, and manage vendor/client escalations.
- Partner directly with Directors to translate executive decisions into actionable outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience: 10–15 years total, with 5+ years in a senior operations role (Interior Design, Construction, Architecture, or Real Estate preferred).
- Education: Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields.
- Skills: Process optimization, data-driven MIS/KPI tracking, resource planning, and cross-functional leadership.
