Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and streamline day-to-day business operations.
- Resolve logistics & ecommerce queries efficiently.
- Track operational KPIs and identify process gaps.
Requirements
- Experience in operations within a logistics, Ecommerce setup.
- Hands-on experience with shipping aggregators like Shiprocket or similar courior platforms.
- Proficiency in operations tools ( advanced excel, google sheets, Vlookup).
(analytical tools such as powerBI are a plus point).
