About Us

Coco Factory Private Limited is a growing brand focused on coconut-based food, wellness, and personal-care products. We are looking for an organized and proactive Operations Executive to support our day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth coordination across teams, orders, inventory, and logistics.

Role Overview The Operations Executive will be responsible for coordinating daily operational activities, managing orders and inventory, monitoring shipments, maintaining records, and working closely with the customer care, warehouse, finance, and management teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate day-to-day business operations.
- Monitor orders received through website and online marketplaces.
- Coordinate order processing, packing, dispatch, and delivery.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues with logistics partners.
- Maintain and monitor inventory records and coordinate regular stock counts.
- Compare physical stock with system/book stock and report discrepancies.
- Coordinate with warehouse and other teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Maintain operational reports, records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with customer care regarding order-related issues and escalations.
- Follow up with vendors, delivery partners, and internal teams when required.
- Monitor pending orders, returns, cancellations,



and replacements.
- Support process improvements to make daily operations more efficient.
- Assist management with operational reports and other assigned tasks.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in operations, e-commerce, or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage deadlines.
- Positive attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Basic understanding of inventory, orders, logistics, and e-commerce operations.
- Experience with Shopify, Shiprocket, Amazon, Flipkart, or similar platforms will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
