About the Role

As an Operations Executive, you will support the company's daily operations, coordinate with different teams, maintain important records, assist with vendors and procurement, and help improve internal processes.

We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at the same time.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operational activities and help ensure smooth business operations.
- Coordinate with different departments to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and company documentation.
- Assist with inventory management, procurement,



and vendor coordination.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and implement solutions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Assist with meeting schedules, appointments, and other administrative activities.
- Provide administrative support to the leadership team when required.

Requirements

- Any graduate with strong organizational skills.
- Good problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other productivity tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Prior experience in operations or customer support is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with the right attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
