Altrus AI is looking for an Operations & Marketing Associate to be the right hand to our Head of Operations & Marketing.

This is a rare chance to work shoulder-to-shoulder with a company leader across everything from systems and resourcing to campaigns and go-to-market and to grow rapid while doing it.

What you'll do

- Be the go-to partner to the Head of Operations & Marketing, anticipating needs and jumping in wherever you're needed
- Build and improve the processes, systems, and tooling that keep both functions running smoothly from onboarding to exit
- Support resourcing and planning, making sure the right people, tools, and priorities line up
- Support marketing execution: campaigns, content coordination, and keeping projects on track




- Turn scattered information into clear insights that help drive sharp decisions
- Run point on cross-functional projects from start to finish

What we're looking for

- 2–4 years across operations, marketing, project management, or a similar generalist role
- A structured thinker who's genuinely organized and thrives on juggling many things at once
- Comfortable building order out of ambiguity — you write the playbook instead of waiting for one
- Strong communicator who's equally at home with a spreadsheet and a marketing brief
- Proactive, resourceful, and excited to grow into broader scope over time
- Bonus: curiosity about AI and experience with automation or marketing tools
