Job Summary

We are looking for a sharp, hands-on Operations Executive who thrives on solving problems on the ground.

This role requires traveling across our properties pan-India to identify operational issues, resolve them on-

site, and ensure every property runs smoothly and consistently. The ideal candidate is versatile, adaptable, and brings a positive, can-do mindset to every property and every challenge.

Key Responsibilities

- Travel to properties across India to assess operational issues firsthand
- Identify root causes of recurring problems and implement practical, on-ground solutions
- Work closely with property teams to resolve operational, service, and process gaps
- Standardize processes across properties to ensure consistency in guest experience
- Coordinate with central operations and management to escalate and close out issues
- Conduct on-site audits/checks and provide actionable feedback to property teams
- Managed and guide all the property staff on best practices and corrective actions




- Prepare visit reports summarizing issues found, actions taken, and outcomes
- Stay flexible and available to travel at short notice as per business needs

Requirements

- 3-5 years of experience in operations, hospitality, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, ground-level approach
- Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively across India
- Positive, adaptable mindset — comfortable working in varied environments and situations
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of issues end-to-end
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / reporting tools)

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience working across multiple properties/locations in hospitality or retail operations
