Job Summary

Sadbhav Futuretech Limited is looking for an experienced Operation Head Solar Pump to lead end-to-end operations and execution of solar pump projects across multiple locations.

The candidate will be responsible for project execution, team management, government/utility coordination, vendor management, quality, commissioning, service operations, and overall operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution and operations of solar water pump projects.
- Manage multiple projects across different locations and ensure timely execution and commissioning.
- Coordinate with government departments, DISCOMs, nodal agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Manage project teams, site teams, contractors, vendors, and service partners.
- Ensure availability and timely deployment of materials, manpower, and resources.
- Monitor project progress, installation, commissioning, quality, and service activities.
- Ensure compliance with tender conditions, technical specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Drive operational efficiency, productivity, cost control, and timely project closure.
- Manage customer complaints, after-sales service, warranty, and maintenance activities.
- Prepare and review MIS, project dashboards, operational KPIs, and management reports.




- Identify operational challenges and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and implement SOPs and processes to improve project execution and field operations.
- Lead and develop a geographically distributed operations team.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Operations / Management or relevant discipline.
- 1525 years of experience, preferably in the Solar / Renewable Energy / EPC industry.
- Strong hands-on experience in Solar Pump Projects / Solar Water Pumping Systems.
- Experience in government or utility solar projects will be preferred.
- Solid experience in project execution, commissioning, vendor management, and field operations.
- Experience managing large teams across multiple locations.
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively to project locations.
