Role Description The Operational Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Visakhapatnam. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, including monitoring process performance, identifying inefficiencies, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.

The Operational

Specialist will assist in planning and executing operational and sales-related activities, tracking KPIs, preparing reports, and ensuring adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, operations leaders, and sales teams to align operational workflows with business objectives and customer commitments. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving,



hands-on involvement in continuous improvement initiatives, and explicit communication with internal and external stakeholders.

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate process performance, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present findings, and interact with stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support sales operations, understand customer requirements, and coordinate with commercial teams.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to oversee day-to-day activities, maintain process efficiency, and ensure compliance with standards.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, coordinate, and track operational initiatives and improvement projects.
- Relevant experience in industrial, manufacturing, aviation, or related sectors is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Visakhapatnam, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools; familiarity with ERP or operations management systems is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
