Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, technically sound, and hands-on O&M; Executive to manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance activities at our facility/project site. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth plant operations, preventive and corrective maintenance, manpower coordination, equipment performance, safety compliance, and timely reporting we have various STP, WTP, TTP plants one has to look after the operation and maintenance along with the co-ordination with the operators at sites.

Educational Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in:

Mechanical Engineering

Electrical Engineering

Environmental Engineering

Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

Experience

Relevant experience in Operations & Maintenance, plant operations, industrial facilities, utility systems, or project/site management will be preferred.

Experience in handling site manpower, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination will be an advantage.

Freshers with strong technical knowledge and a willingness to work at project sites may also be considered.

Technical & Functional Skills

Positive knowledge of plant operations and maintenance practices.

Understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance systems.

Ability to troubleshoot equipment and coordinate breakdown rectification.





Knowledge of equipment inspection, maintenance schedules, and operational monitoring.

Basic understanding of HSE and environmental compliance.

Ability to maintain operational and maintenance documentation.

Good manpower supervision and site coordination skills.

Ability to work effectively with vendors, contractors, clients, and internal teams.
