Mandatory Certifications

We will need certified OpenText professionals for this implementation. While getting the CV, please check if they are certified in any of the below certifications:

- Extended ECM for SAP SuccessFactors Business Administrator Certification Exam or
- Extended ECM for SAP SuccessFactors Cloud Practitioner

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct business process workshops with HR Compliance and IT stakeholders.
- Analyse Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruiting, and other SuccessFactors modules.
- Design Digital Employee Folder (DEF/EDF) solutions using OpenText xECM.
- Define content taxonomy, metadata models, classifications, document types, and folder structures.
- Create solution architecture, deployment strategies, and implementation roadmaps.
- Recommend best practices for HR document governance and compliance.

OpenText xECM Configuration Experience

- Configure Business Workspaces.
- Configure Workspace Templates.
- Configure Categories and Metadata.




- Configure Classifications.
- Configure Roles and Permissions.
- Configure Document Completeness Checks.
- Configure Lifecycle Management.
- Configure Records Management.
- Configure employee workspace creation and lifecycle event-based updates.
- Implement document retention and archival policies.

SAP SuccessFactors Integration

- Configure and validate integration between OpenText xECM and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Implement Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding integrations.
- Configure synchronization of employee data, roles, and organizational structures.

Document Migration

- Lead document and metadata migration activities from legacy repositories.
- Perform migration assessments and content inventory analysis.
- Define migration mappings and transformation rules.

Security, Compliance & Governance

- Implement GDPR retention, legal hold, and audit requirements.
- Configure security models and access controls.
