Must have skills : Red Hat OpenShift Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education We are looking for an experienced OpenShift Platform Engineer / Junior Architect with 5–8 years of experience to support enterprise OpenShift architecture, implementation, assessment, automation, and Day-2 operations.

Key Responsibilities Support OpenShift architecture and design discussions, assessments, and technical workshops. Design and implement OpenShift clusters, networking, storage, security, HA, and platform services.

Support

OpenShift installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, monitoring, troubleshooting, and Day-2 operations. Develop and implement platform automation using Ansible, GitOps, APIs, and scripting. Work with RHACM, RHACS, OpenShift Service Mesh, and OpenShift Virtualization.

Support deployment and operations of OpenShift in air-gapped/disconnected environments. Assist with security, compliance, regulatory, backup, DR, and platform hardening requirements. Participate in assessments, gap analysis, solution recommendations,



and architecture documentation.

Collaborate with senior architects, infrastructure, network, security, application, and DevOps teams. Explore and apply GenAI/agentic AI for automation, assessment, troubleshooting, and platform operations.

Required Skills 5–8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, Kubernetes, or container platforms. Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes. Good understanding of OpenShift architecture, networking, storage, security, RBAC, ingress, and monitoring.

Experience with OpenShift installation, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting. Working knowledge of RHACM, RHACS, Service Mesh, and/or OpenShift Virtualization.

Experience with Ansible, GitOps, CI/CD, and scripting. Exposure to air-gapped/disconnected OpenShift environments is preferred. Understanding of enterprise security, compliance, HA/DR, and operational practices. Valuable technical documentation and communication skills.
