Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide prospective families through the admissions journey, convert enquiries into admissions and deliver a high-quality parent experience.

The role will involve managing enquiries, counselling prospective parents, conducting campus visits, maintaining consistent follow-ups and achieving defined enquiry, conversion and admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries received through calls, messages, walk-ins, events and digital leads.
- Understand parent requirements and effectively communicate the school's value proposition, curriculum, programmes and offerings.
- Schedule and conduct campus visits, counselling sessions and parent interactions.
- Manage prospective parents throughout the admissions funnel with timely and personalised follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate and updated lead, enquiry and follow-up records in the CRM/admission system.
- Achieve agreed enquiry, conversion and admission targets.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth and seamless admission process.
- Participate in open houses, exhibitions, community outreach activities and admission events.
- Build strong and professional relationships with prospective parents and ensure a positive parent experience.
- Track pending follow-ups, applications,



conversions and admissions to ensure timely closure.
- Prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, pending follow-ups and admissions performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve enquiry handling, follow-up effectiveness and conversion rates.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Qualifications in Sales, Marketing, Education or Communications will be preferred.

Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in admissions counselling, education sales, inside sales, business development or a customer-facing role.
- Prior experience in a school, IB or international education environment will be an advantage.
