Job Overview :

The Voice Process will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, issues, and requests through calls . They will ensure timely and accurate responses to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and for a voice process typically involves handling incoming calls in a professional and customer-friendly manner.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Assisting customers with inquiries, requests, and issue resolution over the phone.

2. Troubleshooting technical issues,



guiding customers through solutions, and escalating complex problems to appropriate teams.

3. Updating customer information, recording interactions, and maintaining accurate records in the system.

4. Collaborating with team members and other departments to share feedback, address challenges, and improve overall processes.

5. Meeting or exceeding performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction scores.

Salary: Upto 28 k Take home + Incentives

Shift:

5 Days of Work and 2 Days off
