Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical leadership across multiple projects and teams.

- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to define technical roadmaps.

- Drive end-to-end project execution, from planning to deployment.

- Ensure adherence to regulatory, security, and compliance standards.

- Manage resource allocation, team performance, and delivery timelines.

- Oversee system architecture decisions, code quality, and technical debt management.

- Implement DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native solutions.

- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and accountability.

- Conduct technical reviews, risk assessments, and performance evaluations.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).

- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3–5 years in a managerial role.

- Proven experience in leading full-stack development teams (Java, Angular/React, Spring Boot, REST APIs).

- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps, and modern SDLC practices.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
