Primary Purpose

He will be responsible for planning and executing marketing plans, portfolio management and development, market research, new product launches, and multi-channel marketing. Exercise impact on the business results in a fast-paced environment working with a cross functional team of professionals. Hands on role all the way from planning to execution

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Manage the complete product life cycle, from strategy and development to launch and performance tracking.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interactions to identify business opportunities.
- Define product requirements and coordinate with cross-functional teams for product development and launches.
- Support sales teams and engage with key customers to drive product adoption and business growth.
- Track product performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate marketing activities across departments.
- Manage government tenders, including documentation and submissions.



Act as the internal and external champion for GI products

Qualification and Experience
- MBA in Marketing with a degree in Science, preferably B.E./B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering/Biotechnology, B.Sc., or B.Pharm.
- 5-8 years of experience in marketing or product management, preferably in the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry.
- Prior experience in managing government tenders is essential.
- Graduate in Science / B.Tech / B.E. (Electronics, Biomedical)
