Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and therapy sessions for children with developmental and behavioural needs.
- Develop individualized therapy goals and intervention plans.
- Monitor child progress and maintain timely documentation and reports.
- Conduct parent counselling and provide home-program guidance.
- Collaborate with Speech Therapists, Special Educators, Psychologists, and other clinical team members.
- Participate in case discussions, goal planning, and clinical reviews.
- Follow Mom’s Belief clinical protocols and quality standards.
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT).
Skills:
Positive communication, documentation, parent-handling, and teamwork skills. Experience in paediatric therapy will be preferred.
