Roles and Responsibilities:
- Need to Handle technical Related Queries, help with troubleshooting- through Call, Mail and Chat
- Maintaining a detailed and organised storage system to ensure data entries are complete and accurate.
- Monitoring the Progress and updating in the sheet
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, and resources.
Qualification:
- Any Bachelor’s Degree is required
- Positive verbal, written communication, good interpersonal skills are required
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: Up to ₹250,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
