Hexaware is hiring energetic and enthusiastic Non Voice process Executives for our Chat/Email Support. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills who are passionate about Chat, customer engagement, and Email.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer queries in chats.
- Promote products and services to prospective customers..
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Retain existing customers by addressing concerns and providing suitable solutions.
- Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards.

Eligibility

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.




- Excellent verbal communication in English is mandatory.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Strong typing aptitude and convincing ability.
- Ability to work in Night Shifts.
- Graduation is not preferred (undergraduates with relevant experience may also apply).
