Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop recent products for automotive industry, focusing on forgings parts, gears, shaft alignment, transmission, crank shaft, driveline, axle, and geared boxes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop prototypes that meet customer requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for innovative product development.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products by managing production schedules and resources effectively.
Job Requirements :
- 8-12 years of experience in New Product Development (NPD) in the auto components industry.
- Strong understanding of forgings parts, gear manufacturing processes, shaft alignment techniques.
- Experience with NPD projects involving transmission systems such as crank shafts and drivelines.
