We are seeking a highly accomplished Neurosurgeon to join our hospital team, bringing over seven years of specialized clinical experience to our department. This pivotal role is dedicated to the advanced diagnosis and treatment of intricate neurological disorders through cutting-edge, minimally invasive surgical techniques. The successful candidate will play a critical part in managing complex vascular pathologies, including acute stroke interventions and aneurysm repairs, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through precision and expert care.
The position offers a competitive compensation package ranging from ₹500,000.00 to ₹800,000.00 per month.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced interventional procedures to diagnose and treat complex neurological conditions with a focus on minimally invasive approaches.
- Execute specialized vascular interventions, including aneurysm coiling and stent placement, to address critical cerebrovascular disorders.
- Lead thrombectomy procedures and embolization therapies for the management of acute strokes and other vascular anomalies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients with severe neurological injuries.
- Maintain the highest standards of patient safety and clinical excellence throughout all surgical and interventional procedures.
- Stay current with emerging medical technologies and surgical methodologies to continuously improve departmental capabilities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7+ years of post-qualification experience in neurosurgery or interventional neurology.
- Proven expertise in minimally invasive surgical techniques and endovascular procedures.
- Demonstrated proficiency in aneurysm coiling, thrombectomy, and stent placement for vascular disorders.
