Network Engineer – NGSS Role Overview: As a Network Engineer at Next Generation Straightforward Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (NGSS) , the role involves designing, implementing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining secure and reliable network infrastructure for clients.

Key Responsibilities: Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and network devices . Install and configure LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, VLAN, and network security solutions . Perform firewall configuration, security policies, NAT, routing, and VPN setup.

Configure and troubleshoot Sophos, Fortinet, Cisco, TP-Link, Ruckus , and other networking solutions. Install and configure servers, racks, structured cabling, and network infrastructure . Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.





Conduct site surveys and understand customer infrastructure requirements. Perform network testing, optimization, and documentation. Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal sales teams. Provide onsite and remote technical support.

Prepare installation reports and network documentation. Ensure successful project implementation and customer handover.

Preferred Skills: Networking fundamentals, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, routing & switching, firewall technologies, Wi-Fi, troubleshooting, and good customer communication skills.
