- We are looking for Manager to be part of Network Engineering team -
- Responsible for operating and maintaining the health of the network. This team not only operates the networks by leveraging the latest in high scale networking hardware, multi-tier topology and advanced tooling but also solves complex technical problems for our customers. This team is pivotal in driving technology changes that ensure a protected and reliable network, manage operational changes, determine root cause of complex issues, develop automated tooling, and implement design optimizations that drive reliability.
- Maintain KPI s, deliverables. Reporting and Governance
- Build and maintain relationships with all levels across all NAB Businesses from operations to senior managements.
- Build robust working relationship with Key Stakeholder Groups - Service Owners / Service delivery / Service management / Global Operations Centre / different level of business stakeholders
- Risk and Governance for End-of-life hardware/software
- Policy and Vulnerability compliance SLA s
- Incident/ problem / change reporting, SLA s and compliances
- Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis and the ability to determine the root cause and permanent fix to the problems
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at a senior level as well as all other level
- Robust communication skills with the ability to communicate
- Competent ITIL skills in Incident, Problem and change management
