Roles and Responsibilities:

- Design, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise network connectivity using Cisco LAN switches.
- Manage and support network security and firewall policies using Fortinet and Juniper NetScreen.
- Support cloud networking integrations and connectivity patterns across Azure and AWS.
- Perform network issue isolation, root-cause analysis, and resolution for connectivity and security incidents.
- Maintain operational readiness by following established IT service management processes.

Skills Required:

- 5 - 10 years of network engineering experience
- Azure cloud networking experience
- AWS cloud networking experience
- Enterprise firewall and security appliance experience (Fortinet, Juniper NetScreen)
- Cisco LAN switch configuration and troubleshooting

Valuable to Have:
- ITIL
- ITSM

Education: Relevant degree (or equivalent practical experience)
