Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain NetApp storage solutions for clients across various industries.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to NetApp storage systems, including data loss and performance degradation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of NetApp storage solutions with other IT infrastructure components.
- Provide expert-level technical support to customers on NetApp products and services.
Job Requirements :
- 7-10 years of experience in managing NetApp storage environments.
- Robust understanding of NetApp's ONTAP operating system and its features.
- Experience with FAS (Fabric Attached Storage) architecture and implementation.
