About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated .NET Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in C#, ASP.NET MVC, OOPS concepts, SQL, and web application development.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and enhancing scalable applications while working closely with Product, QA, UI/UX, and other engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain robust applications using .NET/C#.
- Develop and maintain web applications using ASP.NET MVC.
- Write clean, scalable, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Apply strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS) principles in application development.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Design and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and database objects.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
- Perform code reviews and follow established coding standards and development practices.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, DevOps, and other developers.
- Participate in application testing, deployment, and production support.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement appropriate improvements.
- Maintain technical documentation for applications and developed features.
- Stay updated with modern .NET development practices and technologies.

Required Technical Skills

C# / .NET

- Strong hands-on experience with C#.
- Strong understanding of OOPS concepts, including:
- Encapsulation
- Inheritance
- Polymorphism
- Abstraction
- Positive understanding of collections, exception handling, delegates, interfaces, and LINQ.




- Experience with ASP.NET MVC.
- Understanding of .NET application architecture and development practices.
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.

SQL

- Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Ability to write complex SQL queries.
- Experience with:
- Joins
- Subqueries
- Views
- Stored Procedures
- Functions
- Indexes
- Transactions
- Understanding of database design and query optimization.

Web Development

- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience integrating frontend components with .NET applications and APIs.
- Understanding of HTTP, REST, JSON, and web application architecture.

Development Tools

- Strong experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab or similar version-control systems.
- Experience working with Visual Studio or equivalent IDE.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Good to Have

- Experience with ASP.NET Core / .NET Core / modern .NET.
- Experience with Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core.
- Knowledge of Dependency Injection and design patterns.
- Understanding of Microservices architecture.
- Experience with Azure or AWS.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working with enterprise or SaaS products.
- Knowledge of application security and secure coding practices.
