Role & responsibilities
Strong SQL expertise (queries, joins, debugging, performance tuning). • Hands-on experience in production support for enterprise applications.
- Practical knowledge of Splunk for log monitoring, dashboard usage, and alert troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of incident, change, and problem management workflows. • Knowledge of integration layers (APIs, middleware, queues, message brokers).
- Experience with ITSM tools, preferably Zendesk.
- Ability to analyze logs, troubleshoot performance issues, and identify system bottlenecks.
- Strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
Valuable-to-Have Skills
- Basic proficiency with Linux and Windows command-line operations.
- Experience in scripting (Shell, Python, PowerShell) for automation.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, or job schedulers
