Role Description The Motion Graphics & Video Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. This role involves conceptualizing, designing, and producing motion graphics and videos that communicate product features, user journeys, and brand stories across digital channels. The designer will create animated explainers, social media videos, product demos, and UI/UX walkthroughs, while collaborating with marketing, product, and design teams to align visual content with campaign objectives.

Daily tasks include storyboarding, asset creation, editing footage,



adding sound and visual effects, and optimizing content for various formats and platforms. The role also requires maintaining brand consistency, meeting project timelines, and contributing creative ideas to enhance engagement and clarity in all visual communications.

Qualifications

- Strong motion-focused skills, including Motion Design and Motion Graphics, with the ability to create engaging animated content.
- Hands-on experience in Video Production, including shooting or sourcing footage, editing, and post-production workflows.
- Proficiency in Graphic Design and working with Graphics to develop visual assets, layouts, and templates for video and digital use.
- Comfort with industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop or equivalent software).
- Ability to translate complex product features into clear visual narratives through storyboarding and visual scripting.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback constructively.
- Relevant education or training in animation, multimedia, design, film, or a related field; a portfolio showcasing motion graphics and video work is required.
