Role Description This is a full-time, in office Motion Graphic Designer and Video Editor role based in Bengaluru. The role involves conceptualizing and designing motion graphics for brand campaigns, events, and experiential projects, including animations, title sequences, and visual assets.

The Motion Graphic

Designer and Video Editor will edit video content end-to-end, including cutting footage, adding transitions, synchronizing audio, and integrating graphics and effects. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with creative and strategy teams, adapting design concepts to different formats and platforms, and maintaining brand consistency across all visual output.



The role also includes preparing final deliverables for various screens and channels, managing project files and assets, and meeting production timelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics for branded and experiential content.
- Candidates should possess practical skills in Video Production and video editing workflows.
- Candidates should possess skills in Graphic Design and creating high-quality Graphics for digital and event environments.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and related software.
- Ability to translate creative briefs into compelling visual stories and animations, with attention to detail and timing.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with creative, production, and client teams.
- Relevant experience in motion design and video editing for events, experiential marketing, or brand campaigns; agency experience is an advantage.
- Formal education in design, animation, film, or a related field is beneficial, or equivalent professional experience with a strong portfolio.
