Inviting applications for the role of Associate - Mortgage

Work location-Jaipur In this role, you will be responsible for working on commercial lending deals in a newly transitioned process. You will function as an expert for a business lending loan and collaborate closely with clients and ensure correct processing of the loan request and first-time right response to the end customer

Responsibilities

- Assist customers with mortgage loan applications, ensuring accurate completion and submission of required documentation.
- Evaluate applicants financial status and creditworthiness to determine loan eligibility and risk profile.
- Collaborate with underwriters, loan officers, and appraisers to facilitate seamless loan processing and approvals.
- Provide timely and professional customer service, addressing queries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive applicant experience.
- Maintain knowledge of mortgage products, lending guidelines,



and regulatory requirements to ensure accurate guidance.
- Prepare, review, and verify loan documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Support process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the loan origination workflow.
