? MKWise Financial Ltd is Hiring – Mortgage Administrator (Remote/Offshore) ?

MKWise Financial Ltd is looking for a Mortgage Administrator to join our fast-growing, independent mortgage and protection brokerage based in Milton Keynes, UK.

They are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with robust communication and customer service skills to provide administrative support to our Mortgage Advisers and ensure excellent service for our clients.

? Location: Remote/Offshore

? Salary: up to INR 30,000 per month , negotiable based on experience

? Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM GMT (flexibility required)

Key Responsibilities:? Progress mortgage cases through to legal completion and beyond

? Liaise with Mortgage Advisers, clients, lenders and conveyancers

? Monitor client emails and manage repeat client accounts

? Act as the first point of contact for client and case-related queries

? Update and maintain CRM systems, databases and case files

? Ensure activities meet compliance and regulatory requirements

? Provide administrative,



operational and occasional finance support

? Assist with marketing activities as required

What We’re Looking For:✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills

✔ Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word

✔ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes

✔ Self-motivated, professional and able to manage tasks independently

✔ Experience in Mortgage, Loans, Insurance or Financial Services administration is preferred but not mandatory

✔ Training will be provided
