Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer with a strong background in data management, mining, and collection. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing data solutions that drive business insights and support data-driven decision-making. This role requires a deep understanding of data architecture, data warehousing, and ETL processes, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures to support data collection, storage, and analysis.
- Implement data management best practices to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Perform data mining and analysis to extract valuable insights and support business objectives.
- Monitor and optimize data systems for performance and reliability.
- Document data processes, architectures, and workflows for future reference and compliance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in data engineering and management.

Mandatory Skills:





- Strong expertise in data management, mining, and collection.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Experience with data warehousing solutions (e.g., Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery).
- Familiarity with ETL tools (e.g., Apache NiFi, Talend, Informatica).
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Understanding of data governance and compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and tools.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in data engineering or a related role.
- Proven track record of successful data projects and implementations.
