Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough business analysis to identify compliance requirements and gaps within the investment banking domain.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to compliance processes.
- Analyze the trade life cycle to ensure all compliance aspects are addressed and documented.
- Develop and maintain compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, and reports.
- Work closely with IT and development teams to implement compliance solutions and enhancements.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate staff on compliance-related processes and tools.
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on existing compliance frameworks.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to business units regarding compliance issues and best practices.

Mandatory Skills

- 8 years of experience in business analysis,



with a focus on compliance.
- Strong knowledge of the investment banking domain.
- In-depth understanding of the trade life cycle.
- Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
