MIS Executive – Reporting, Dashboards & Analytics

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Location : Kuttikkattoor, Calicut.

We are looking for a smart, analytical and proactive MIS Executive – Reporting, Dashboards & Analytics who can manage management reporting, develop dashboards, track departmental performance and provide useful business insights.

This is not a routine data-entry or report-preparation role. The candidate should be able to understand the business, identify what needs to be tracked, develop effective reporting systems, analyze performance and suggest improvements to management.

Key ResponsibilitiesMIS & Reporting

- Consolidate and maintain Sales reports and performance data.
- Consolidate Marketing activity and performance reports.
- Track leads, follow-ups and conversions.
- Collect, verify and consolidate data from different departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Prepare management and performance reports for the MD/Management.

Dashboard & KPI Management
- Create and maintain skilled Excel dashboards for Sales, Marketing, Leads and departmental KPIs.
- Track targets vs. actual performance and highlight significant gaps.
- Develop clear and easy-to-understand dashboards for management review.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date MIS databases and reporting systems.

Data Analysis & Management Support
- Analyze business and departmental data to identify trends, gaps, bottlenecks and performance issues.
- Highlight areas requiring management attention.




- Convert raw data into meaningful information and actionable insights.
- Support management in planning, target setting and future decision-making.
- Prepare presentations and management reports when required.

Process & System Improvement
- Develop effective trackers and reporting systems for different departments.
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in existing reporting and tracking processes.
- Suggest and implement better ways to collect, monitor and present information.
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks wherever practical.
- Standardize reporting formats and processes across departments.
- Continuously look for ways to make reporting simpler, faster and more effective.

Department Coordination & Follow-up
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and other departments to obtain accurate and timely information.
- Monitor pending reports, activities, leads, follow-ups and departmental KPIs.
- Follow up with concerned teams when required.
- Ensure important information is available to management on time.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong to Advanced Excel skills – essential.
- Good knowledge of Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, charts, conditional formatting, etc.




- Strong ability to create Excel dashboards and management reports.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand and track KPIs and business performance.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to suggest improvements rather than simply follow instructions.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Willingness to understand the business and the purpose behind the data, not just prepare reports mechanically.
