Core Responsibilities of MIS Executive:

MS Excel (ADVANCED)

 Strong hand on experience in Excel function like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIF(S), COUNTIF(S), Logical funcꢁons (IF, AND, OR).

 Proficient in Pivot Table, Pivot Chart, Condiꢁonal Formaꢂng and Data Validaꢁon.

Skilled in making MIS Report and Dashboard for management decision-making

- Gather data from different departments.
- Put the data in a format that is easy to read.
- Analyse the data from the point of view of the briefing that has been provided vis a vis the goals of the analysis.
- Present data to the management in the language that they understand.
- Prepare monthly reports on sales, inventory, market share etc.

Skills and Qualifications for MIS Executive Technical Skills

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with efficiency in understanding Macros and other tools.
- Strong proficiency in handling multiple projects and multiple tools when it comes to data handling.
- Strong proficiency in handling vast amounts of data.
- Ability to clean data especially when it comes in multiple formats.
- Experience in live projects that have been in place for at least one year.
- Familiarity with Tableau and Power BI.
- Knowledge of machine learning libraries like Pandas etc will be huge plus.
- Strong ability to develop mini dashboards for the management as per their requirements.
- Strong clarity of thought when it comes to determining what the final output needs to look like.




- Ability to understand excel sheets that are prepared by other department members.
- Ability to deduce what is wrong in an excel sheet.

Communication and Presentation Skills

- Ability to communicate at top level on the thought and process behind the analysis.
- Must understand and unpack briefing given by different departments and other key stakeholders.
- Proven proficiency to clearly communicate numbers to the top management in the exact manner that is being asked.
- Ability to swiftly distil large amount of data and present in succinct manner to the top management.
- Must think fast under pressure.
- Ability to give comprehensive timelines to the management in terms of when data can be presented.
- Ability to deliver on timelines as to when data can be presented to the management.
- Proficiency to understand requirements of management in terms of how they want the data to be presented.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any field.

Job Type: Full time, Permanent Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
