Position: MIS Executive (Sales data)

Key Skills

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports and performance dashboards.
- Track sales targets, achievements, revenue, leads, conversions, and productivity.
- Collect, consolidate, validate, and maintain sales data from various sources.
- Generate management reports and provide actionable sales performance insights.
- Monitor sales pipelines and follow up on pending or incomplete data.
- Maintain accurate databases and ensure timely updating of sales records.
- Prepare target vs. achievement reports for individual and team performance.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and other teams for data accuracy.
- Identify data discrepancies and resolve reporting-related issues.




- Support management with ad-hoc reports, analysis, and presentations.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting formats.

Required Skills

- Robust proficiency in MS Excel , including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and data analysis.
- Experience in preparing Sales MIS and dashboards .
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems will be an advantage.
- Exposure to Power BI or other reporting tools is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data and meet strict reporting deadlines.
