MIS Analyst – Telecom/Broadband Field

Role Summary

We are looking for an MIS Analyst to support Telecom/Broadband Field Operations through accurate

MIS reporting, dashboard management, data analysis, KPI tracking, partner incentive management,

billing inputs, and actionable business insights.

The role will work closely with Operations, Partner Management, Finance, and Management to ensure accurate reporting, timely incentive payouts, and monthly partner billing closure.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations.

Track operational KPIs including SLA, TAT, productivity, quality, NPS, FONI, and pendency.

Analyse performance data, identify gaps, and provide actionable insights to management.

Manage Partner Incentive Calculation as per defined schemes, eligibility, and performance parameters.

Validate incentive calculations and coordinate incentive payout processing with Finance and

Operations.

Prepare and validate monthly Partner Billing inputs based on operational and commercial data.

Coordinate with Finance and Partner Management for billing, payout, and reconciliation.

Ensure data accuracy and timely closure of MIS, billing, and incentive reports.

Automate and improve reporting processes using Advanced Excel, Power Query, Power BI,

VBA, or SQL.

Support ad-hoc analysis, management reviews, and business requirements.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of MS Excel and advanced formulas.

Experience in MIS reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.

Good understanding of operational KPIs and performance reporting.

Experience in partner incentive calculation and payout processing.

Experience in partner billing inputs and reconciliation.

Solid attention to detail and data accuracy.

Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Ability to work with large datasets and meet tight reporting timelines.

Work Schedule

Working Days: 6 days per week with rotational weekly off

Office: Monday to Friday

Role Objective To deliver accurate, timely, and insightful MIS reporting while effectively managing operational performance, partner incentives, incentive payouts, and monthly partner billing inputs, enabling better decision-making and operational efficiency.
