Middle Oracle OSS Engineer | 3+ Years Experience | Gurugram, Haryana | Onsite

We are looking for a Middle Oracle OSS Engineer to join a telecommunications service fulfillment project focused on Order Management, Inventory & Provisioning across FTTx, 5G, Mobile, and Fixed services using the Oracle OSS suite.

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Experience: 3+ Years

English: B1+

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and maintain Oracle OSS modules including OSM, UIM, ASAP, SOM & Design Studio
- Implement order management, provisioning, and inventory workflows
- Integrate Oracle OSS components with enterprise and third-party systems
- Develop automation scripts and processes for network operations
- Support release management, incident troubleshooting, and performance monitoring
- Ensure service fulfillment processes meet agreed SLAs

Requirements

- 3+ years of qualified experience in Oracle OSS application design,



administration, or integration
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or C++
- Hands-on experience with OSM, UIM, ASAP, SOM, or Design Studio
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
- Understanding of telecom service fulfillment, network management, and network protocols
- Knowledge of enterprise system integration concepts

Nice to Have

- Experience with major OSS platform upgrades
- Experience with software acquisition projects in the telecommunications industry
