Role Description The Microsoft Power Platform and Power Apps Engineer is a full time role based in Pimpri Chinchwad with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home. In this role, the engineer designs, develops, and maintains solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and related Power Platform components to address complex business needs.

Day-to-day tasks include gathering and analyzing requirements, building custom apps and workflows, integrating data sources, and optimizing performance and security of Power Platform solutions. The engineer collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, product owners, and other engineers, to support digital transformation initiatives and enhance user experience.

Responsibilities also include troubleshooting issues, preparing technical documentation,



and staying current with Microsoft’s latest Power Platform features and best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, with experience building end-to-end business solutions.
- Candidates should possess skills in data modeling and integration, such as working with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL databases, and REST APIs.
- Candidates should possess skills in solution design and architecture, including requirements analysis, application lifecycle management, and security/role-based access control within the Power Platform.
- Candidates should possess skills in general software engineering, such as proficiency in scripting or programming (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, or C#), debugging, and working with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure.
- Candidates should possess skills in collaboration and communication, including cross-functional teamwork, stakeholder engagement, and clear technical documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Power Platform Developer Associate, Power Platform Functional Consultant) are beneficial.
- Experience in enterprise-scale projects, digital transformation initiatives, or AI-driven solutions is an advantage.
