Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MS CRM Technical Senior Manager to lead large-scale Dynamics 365 CRM engagements, drive solution excellence, and contribute to business growth. This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership, ensuring successful delivery, stakeholder alignment, and expansion of CRM capabilities across accounts. You will play a key role in shaping solutions, mentoring teams, and driving business development initiatives within the Microsoft Business Applications ecosystem.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end design and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions across complex programs.
- Architect scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with business and technology strategies.
- Drive solution quality, governance, and best practices across implementations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define vision, roadmap, and transformation initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Mentor and guide teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, estimations, proposal development, and client presentations.
- Identify and drive business development opportunities, including account growth, pipeline creation, and cross-sell of CRM and related capabilities.
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor for CRM transformations.
- Ensure risk management, issue resolution, and proactive escalation across engagements.
- Responsible for decision-making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution.
- Accountable for allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles and optimizing and evaluating their performance to meet organizational goals.





Skills and attributes for success

- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, etc.) and Power Platform.
- Deep understanding of CRM architecture, customization, configuration, and extension capabilities.
- Hands-on experience in integrations, data migration, and enterprise solution design.
- Proven leadership in managing large, distributed teams and complex programs.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance technical delivery with business priorities and growth objectives.
- Experience in Agile/DevOps methodologies and modern delivery practices.
- Strong analytical mindset with focus on quality, scalability, and performance.

- Solid exposure to client-facing roles, including pre-sales and business development.
- Experience working in global delivery models and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications are preferred.
