Role Description The MICE Manager role at CWS Events & Exhibitions Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time on-site position based in Noida. The MICE Manager will oversee the planning and execution of Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions, including venue selection, vendor coordination, budgeting, and logistics management.

Responsibilities include developing event concepts aligned with client goals, preparing detailed proposals, and managing timelines to ensure all deliverables are met. The role involves close collaboration with internal creative and production teams, as well as direct client interaction to understand requirements, provide updates, and address issues. The MICE Manager will also be responsible for on-site supervision during events,



managing staff, troubleshooting operational challenges, and ensuring high-quality guest experiences.

Qualifications

- Strong event management and MICE planning skills, including experience in handling meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions.
- Proficiency in project coordination and logistics, covering vendor management, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Demonstrated client relationship and communication skills, with the ability to gather requirements, present concepts, and manage expectations.
- Capability in creative ideation and experiential event design, working closely with creative teams to develop engaging brand experiences.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on quality and consistency.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience in the events, hospitality, or marketing industry; prior MICE-specific experience is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent skilled experience.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules, and to travel for events when needed.
