We are looking for experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Recruit Configurators to join a client’s Banner SaaS programme and support CRM Recruit delivery.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The role will focus on configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM Recruit based on approved business requirements and user stories.

The ideal candidate should have solid functional configuration experience and be comfortable working across requirements, configuration, testing, UAT and integration dependencies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM Recruit based on signed-off business requirements and user stories.

Translate functional requirements into CRM Recruit configuration packages.

Work with delivery teams to estimate, plan and deliver configuration work within programme timelines.

Coordinate with Banner SaaS, CRM and integration teams where CRM Recruit interacts with Banner, downstream systems and dependent solutions.

Support functional testing, SIT and UAT across end-to-end student and staff journeys.

Work within Agile/Sprint-based delivery environments.





Ensure configuration work aligns with approved user stories, change control and agreed MVP scope.

Identify and manage data dependencies and integration impacts across CRM and downstream systems.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS:

4+ years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 experience.

Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics CRM Recruit Configurator experience – MANDATORY.

Strong functional and configuration experience.

Experience working with business requirements and user stories.

Experience with functional testing, SIT and UAT.

Understanding of CRM integrations and data dependencies.

Experience working with client delivery and technical/integration teams.

Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

GOOD TO HAVE:

Banner SaaS / Banner integration experience.

Higher Education domain experience.

Student recruitment or admissions experience.

Student lifecycle / CRM experience.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Experience in partner-led onshore/offshore delivery models.

IMPORTANT:

CRM Recruit configuration experience is MANDATORY.
