- BOM & Cost management for EV Vehicles
- Material Cost Release & Analysis.
- Central & State Incentive management (FAME, Auto PLI etc) for Electrical vehicles (2W/3W/4W)
- CAPEX monitoring
- Profitability improvement / Cost reduction / Cost avoidance: - VAVE Idea Generation
- Purchase orders and amendments - Analysis & Release
- Segment Analysis (Revenue & Cost Analysis)
- Liaisoning with Govt Agencies
