We're looking for someone who is genuinely good at Meta ads — not someone who just knows the ads manager.

Your job is simple: run the ads that take Pixelizt international. Restaurant owners in Dubai, the UK and the US see your ad, stop scrolling, and book a call with our founder. You own the campaigns for our restaurant clients alongside.

We fill restaurants — websites, Google, SEO, one system that brings more customers through the door. India today. International next, and your ads are how we get there.

What you'll work on:

- International Lead Generation: Run Meta campaigns that put qualified restaurant owners abroad on our founder's calendar.
- Client Campaigns: Run walk-in campaigns for our restaurant clients across India.
- Creatives: Decide what the video says and shows — the ad concept is yours, not just the targeting.
- Offers:



Build the hooks and offers that make a busy owner actually book.
- Numbers: Cost per qualified lead, calls booked, clients closed — tracked weekly, reported monthly.
- Scaling: Kill losing ads rapid, scale winning ones hard, open the next market.

- You've generated leads for an agency or service business before — SEO, web design, marketing services.
- You've run international campaigns and you know your numbers cold: which market, what offer, what a qualified lead cost.
- Your creative thinking is as strong as your media buying.
