Senior MES Consultant / Lead /n Experience: 10-13 Years /n Location: Pune /n Education: BE/B.Tech into CSE background /n Domain: Manufacturing /n Job Summary /n Seeking an experienced MES professional with robust Manufacturing domain expertise to lead MES implementation, integration, and optimisation initiatives across production environments. /n Key Responsibilities /n • Lead MES implementation, enhancement, and support projects. /n • Gather business requirements and translate them into MES solutions. /n • Integrate MES with ERP, SCADA, PLC, and shop-floor systems. /n • Drive manufacturing digitalisation and Industry 4.0 initiatives. /n • Collaborate with Operations, Production, Quality, and IT teams. /n • Troubleshoot MES-related issues and ensure system reliability.



/n Required Skills /n • 10-13 years of experience in Manufacturing and MES. /n • Hands-on experience with MES platforms such as Siemens Opcenter/Camstar, Apriso, FactoryTalk, SAP ME/MII, GE Proficy, or equivalent. /n • Strong understanding of production, quality, traceability, and shop-floor processes. /n • Experience in MES-ERP integration and manufacturing system architecture. /n • Knowledge of SQL, APIs, SCADA, and PLC interfaces. /n Preferred /n • Exposure to Industry 4.0, IoT, OEE, and Smart Factory initiatives. /n • Experience leading large-scale MES transformation programmes.
