Role Description The Merchandiser role is a full-time, in office position based in Jodhpur. The Merchandiser will manage product presentation and assortment for customers, ensuring that Marudhar Chemicals’ coatings and finishes are showcased effectively to furniture exporters and other clients. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with sales and production teams, maintaining product displays and samples, gathering customer feedback, and supporting order planning based on market demand.





The role also involves engaging with customers to explain product benefits, assisting in marketing initiatives, monitoring competitor offerings, and helping optimize inventory levels for key product lines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Retail skills to manage product assortment, support conversions, and understand buyer behavior.
- Candidates should possess Marketing skills to contribute to product promotion, merchandising plans, and brand visibility.
- Basic understanding of furniture finishes, coatings, or related chemical products is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Jodhpur, organize multiple tasks, and handle customer-facing responsibilities.
- Prior experience in merchandising, furniture, handicrafts, or chemical products is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
