Role Description The MEP Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for managing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works for warehouse and retail infrastructure projects. This role includes planning and executing MEP project schedules, coordinating with internal engineering teams, contractors, and vendors, and ensuring adherence to design specifications and regulatory standards. The MEP Project Manager will review and approve MEP drawings and submittals, track budgets and resource allocation, and monitor site progress to meet milestones and timelines.

Daily responsibilities include conducting site inspections, resolving technical issues, managing risk and safety compliance,



and preparing status reports for stakeholders. The role also involves supporting procurement decisions, optimizing project workflows, and contributing to continuous improvement of MEP project delivery processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) knowledge, including design review, coordination, and installation oversight.
- Candidates should possess practical Plumbing expertise for commercial and industrial applications, including layouts, material selection, and quality checks.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Management and Budgeting skills to plan, execute, monitor, and control multiple projects within cost and time constraints.
- Candidates should possess experience managing technical documentation and Submittals, including drawings, specifications, and compliance records.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field; relevant diplomas with strong experience may be considered.
- Proven experience in MEP project management for warehouse, industrial, or commercial infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards; familiarity with fire safety and HVAC systems is an advantage.
- Proficiency in project management tools and basic design/coordination software (e.g., MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD or similar).
- Robust communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills, with the ability to work on-site and travel to project locations as needed.
