Responsibilities -

- Prepare detailed MEP design drawings, layouts, schematics and technical documentation.
- Design and coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and fire fighting systems.
- Preform HVAC load, electrical load, hydraulic, pipe sizing, and equipment -sizing calculations as applicable.
- Develop and review BOQ'S , specifications, equipment schedules and design reports.
- Coordinate MEP designs with architectural, structural and other engineering disciplines.




- Identify and resolve design clashes using auto cad, Revit MEP,BIM or similar tools.
- Review drawings, technical submittals and contractor proposal.
- Provide technical support to project or site teams during execution.

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/electrical

Required Skills-

- Basic knowledge in HVAC/ Electrical/ plumbing and firefighting systems,Ability to read and understand MEP drawings.
- AUTOCAD, REVIT MEP, NAVISWORKS, BIM, HVAC DESIGN, ELECTRICAL DESIGN, PLUMBING DESIGN, FIREFIGHTING DESIGN, BOQ, LOAD CALCULATIONS , MEP COORDINATION
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- 3-8 years of experience in high rise or big commercial sites.
