We are looking for an experienced MEP Coordinator to join our team and handle job of MEP design and project coordination activities.

? Location: Mahim, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate MEP activities across HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and allied services.

• Coordinate between design teams, consultants, vendors, contractors and site teams .

• Review MEP drawings, layouts, BOQs, specifications and shop drawings .

• Ensure proper interdisciplinary coordination and clash-free MEP design .

• Coordinate and resolve design, technical and site-related issues .

• Monitor site execution, quality, progress and technical compliance .

• Manage design changes, technical queries, approvals and submissions .

• Guide and coordinate MEP engineers, draftsmen and junior team members .

• Conduct design/site coordination meetings and monitor action points.





• Ensure projects are delivered as per design requirements, project timelines, applicable standards and client expectations .

Candidate Profile

✔️ 5+ years of experience in MEP Design & Project Coordination

✔️ Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting systems

✔️ Experience in both office/design coordination and site coordination

✔️ Ability to independently manage MEP coordination and team activities
